HOW TO GET THERE

Public transport

Eye is directly opposite Amsterdam Central Station. When arriving at Amsterdam Central Station, take the exit to IJzijde (IJ bank) to take a ferry.

Ferry
Take the ferry in the direction of Buiksloterweg (line F3). The 24/7 ferry service is free and leaves every few minutes. The ferry ride takes approximately three minutes. Eye is located on your left and is a three-minute walk as you arrive in Amsterdam Noord.

Mopeds/scooters
Eye Filmmuseum is located on IJpromenade, a cycling and pedestrian path where mopeds and scooters are not allowed. Please remember to park them before the bridge across the canal.

Car route and parking
Eye is easily reached by public transport from Amsterdam Central Station using the ferry. Should you wish to come by car, please set your GPS to Overhoeksplein 1. The A’DAM Tower car park is at the end of Céramiquelaan.

Please note

The area around the car park may be difficult to access due to construction activities. We advise you to follow the temporary yellow traffic diversion signs to avoid unnecessary detours. Before you set off on your journey, check for roadworks.
